A Buying Process you can Trust.

Buying a used car from any old forecourt can be a recipe for disaster, with hidden repair costs and dodgy mileage counters lurking behind a salesman's smile. With Ford Direct, you won't be taken for a ride. Their professional promise ensures that every vehicle passing through the Ford Direct programme meets a set of rigorous quality benchmarks, mileage and history checks before it ever sets foot on a forecourt.

Any fault, however minor, is corrected by Ford's team before being seen by an independent RAC inspector. If any keys, tools from the breakdown kit, or any other parts are found not to be to the original manufacturer's specification, they are replaced with Ford-approved ones. A full service history is provided of course. But for added security every vehicle is put through an HPI check to confirm that there's no outstanding payment left on the car, and it's scanned against the National Mileage Register to verify its mileage and identification.

Finally, once all of the rigorous checks and standards have been completed, every Ford Direct car gets a full valet treatment prior to delivery. Only then can it carry the exclusive hologram which certifies its Ford Direct authenticity.
